Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
• Support vendor management activities, including sourcing and communication.
• Track orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Help in analyzing supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Maintain documentation for purchase orders, invoices, and shipment records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales) to improve processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as lead times, stock levels, and order accuracy.

Required Skills

• Technical/Business Skills:
  • Basic understanding of supply chain concepts (procurement, logistics, warehousing).
  • Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software (preferred).
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare process reports.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
