You will work closely with operations managers to optimize processes, track KPIs, and support project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations and project management tasks.
- Track and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Support in preparing process documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with different teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Help manage vendor relationships, procurement, and logistics as needed.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to management.
- Research best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Skills
- Technical/Business Skills:
- Basic understanding of business operations and workflow management.
- Familiarity with productivity tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Trello, Notion).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prepare detailed documentation and reports.
