Job Summary

As a B2B Sales Intern, you will gain first-hand experience in lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals in a professional business environment. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify target companies and potential leads.
- Assist in creating outreach strategies (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers.
- Support sales managers during meetings, product demos, and negotiations.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead information, follow-ups, and deal status.
- Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored for B2B clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with client needs.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to support strategic sales planning.
Required Skills
- Technical/Business Skills:
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales processes and buyer journey.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
- Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking and reporting.
- Ability to research industries, decision-makers, and company profiles.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to build relationships and engage professionally with clients.
- Negotiation mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework in sales, marketing, business, or management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead-generation tools.
- Prior experience in B2B outreach, internships, or campus sales roles (bonus).
- Understanding of enterprise/B2B SaaS or product-based sales (plus point).
