Job Summary

Do you want to learn how brands are built and positioned in the market? As a Brand Management Intern, you’ll assist in planning, executing, and monitoring brand campaigns that shape how customers perceive the company. This role is perfect for students who are passionate about marketing, storytelling, and creating a strong brand identity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Help maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
  • Support in preparing marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional material.
  • Monitor competitor branding strategies and market trends.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver brand assets.
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics (awareness, engagement, reach).
  • Suggest innovative ideas for improving brand visibility and positioning.

Required Skills

  • Technical/Marketing Skills:
    • Understanding of brand positioning, identity, and storytelling.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms, campaigns, and analytics tools.
    • Basic knowledge of marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and segmentation.
    • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint/Google Slides for creating brand decks.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Creativity and ability to think strategically.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across channels.
    • Analytical mindset to measure and interpret campaign results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework or certifications in marketing, branding, or communications.
  • Prior internship/project experience in brand marketing, advertising, or PR (preferred).
  • Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand partnership strategies.
