Job Summary

Are you excited about finding the right people for the right roles? As a Recruitment Intern, you will learn the complete talent acquisition process — from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and helping close hiring positions. This role is perfect for students passionate about recruitment, talent acquisition, and building strong professional networks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Required Skills

  • Technical/Business Skills:
    • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and recruitment tools.
    • Knowledge of basic Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
    • MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for maintaining recruitment data.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring teams.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
    • Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • Prior experience in campus hiring drives or recruitment-related projects (plus).
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
