Key Responsibilities

• Assist in writing, reviewing, and executing manual and automated test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing across platforms.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Support in creating and maintaining test documentation.
• Participate in daily standups and sprint review meetings (Agile/Scrum environment).
• Suggest improvements to enhance product quality and user experience.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of software testing concepts (STLC, SDLC).
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, Trello).
  • Understanding of manual testing techniques and test case creation.
  • Awareness of automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Good understanding of web, mobile, and API testing.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to automation scripting languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).

• Familiarity with performance and security testing basics.
• Prior internship or personal project experience in QA/Testing.
