Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and create detailed test cases
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and report bugs or issues clearly
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify bug fixes
• Conduct regression testing before releases
• Maintain and update testing documentation
• Learn and follow best practices in QA processes and defect management

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Good communication skills for reporting bugs effectively
• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn new testing methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of writing test scenarios/test cases
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
• Exposure to basic SQL for database validation
• Academic projects or training in software testing
