Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in planning and executing projects.
- Assist in creating project timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
- Monitor project progress and update status reports regularly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Help prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and presentations.
- Identify risks and report potential blockers to the project manager.
- Ensure smooth communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Technical/Business Skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban).
- Ability to create reports, charts, and presentations (MS Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies (via coursework or prior experience).
