Job Summary:

We are seeking talented Mobile App Developers across Android, iOS, and Flutter to join our dynamic and growing product team. Key Responsibilities:

Common Responsibilities (All Levels):

  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift), or Flutter.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and handle data synchronization with backend services.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Debug, test, and optimize app performance across multiple devices and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the codebase quality.

Additional Responsibilities (Mid-Level):

  • Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
  • Ensure app performance, scalability, and security through efficient coding practices.
  • Work closely with QA teams to identify, fix, and prevent bugs proactively.
  • Mentor interns or junior developers where needed.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior):

  • Lead technical design and architecture discussions for mobile app solutions.
  • Drive code quality initiatives, implement best practices, and establish guidelines for the team.
  • Provide technical mentorship, training, and support to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align mobile development strategy with business goals.
  • Proactively identify process improvements and evaluate new tools and frameworks.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in at least one mobile development platform:
    • Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift), or Flutter (Dart).
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app lifecycle, UI/UX guidelines, and design principles.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party SDK integration.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of database management (SQLite, Room, Core Data, or Firebase).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

Experience Range:

1–8 years of experience in mobile app development.
The exact level (Junior, Mid-Level, Senior) will be determined based on your experience, technical skills, and interview performance.


Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience with cross-platform development (React Native, Flutter).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Firebase, GCP) and push notification services.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, or automated deployment tools.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Knowledge of mobile app security best practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills (for senior roles).
