Job Summary

As a Management Consulting Intern, you will work closely with consultants and business leaders to research, analyze, and recommend solutions that drive organizational improvement. This internship is ideal for students interested in strategy, operations, and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing business performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help prepare client-facing presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Contribute to process improvement studies, operational reviews, and cost optimization projects.
- Document findings, create process maps, and support change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure actionable insights are implemented.
Required Skills
- Technical/Analytical Skills:
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to analyze data and synthesize information into clear insights.
- Understanding of business frameworks (SWOT, Porter’s 5 Forces, PESTEL, etc.).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Team player with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail and structured thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework in business strategy, management, economics, or operations.
- Familiarity with consulting methodologies and tools.
- Prior internship, case competition, or consulting club experience (added advantage).
- Awareness of emerging business trends and industry best practices.
