Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing business performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help prepare client-facing presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Contribute to process improvement studies, operational reviews, and cost optimization projects.
• Document findings, create process maps, and support change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure actionable insights are implemented.

Required Skills

• Technical/Analytical Skills:
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to analyze data and synthesize information into clear insights.
  • Understanding of business frameworks (SWOT, Porter’s 5 Forces, PESTEL, etc.).
