Full-Stack Developer (Fresher)

About the Role

Want to build complete applications from scratch and see your code come to life? Join our startup as a Full-Stack Developer (Fresher) and get hands-on experience in both frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and backend (Node.js/Django/Spring Boot) development. You’ll work on real projects, learn how to integrate APIs, manage databases, and create seamless user experiences — all while growing under the mentorship of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both frontend (UI) and backend (server-side) components
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and integrate them with backend APIs
• Design and manage database schemas for scalability and performance
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize both frontend and backend code
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
• Follow coding best practices, participate in code reviews, and document work
• Stay updated with modern frameworks, tools, and best practices in full-stack development

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Basic knowledge of at least one frontend framework (React / Angular / Vue)
• Basic knowledge of at least one backend framework (Node.js / Django / Spring Boot)
• Understanding of REST APIs and how frontend and backend communicate
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Good problem-solving skills, teamwork, and eagerness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Git and version control workflows
• Exposure to authentication/authorization systems (JWT, OAuth)
• Experience working on academic or personal full-stack projects
• Understanding of deployment basics (Heroku, Netlify, AWS, etc.)
