You’ll gain hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure while collaborating with developers and operations teams to streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
• Work with developers to containerize applications using Docker.
• Learn and contribute to infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and infrastructure issues.
• Help implement logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Document DevOps processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Stay updated with DevOps trends, tools, and cloud-native technologies.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control workflows
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts
  • Awareness of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Basic networking and system administration knowledge
• Soft Skills:
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to automate repetitive tasks
  • Good collaboration skills to work with developers and operations teams
  • Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Basic knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Datadog, or Grafana
• Personal projects or contributions to DevOps open-source tools
