Job Summary

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to research potential clients, assist in outreach campaigns, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients, partners, and market opportunities.
  • Assist in lead generation and maintain a database of prospects.
  • Support in preparing business presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and share insights with the team.
  • Participate in client calls, demos, and meetings to understand customer needs.
  • Track business development efforts and report progress regularly.

Required Skills

  • Technical/Business Skills:
    • Basic understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
    • Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques.
    • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Negotiation and persuasion ability.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
    • Ability to work well under deadlines and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or prior internship in business development.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
  • Understanding of B2B/B2C business models.
  • Participation in business case competitions or entrepreneurial initiatives.
