Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and testing smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.
• Work on building and deploying decentralized applications (dApps).
• Research and experiment with different blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, etc.).
• Write scripts to interact with blockchain networks and automate workflows.
• Document blockchain workflows, test results, and learnings for team reference.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate blockchain features into applications.
• Stay updated with emerging Web3 trends, DeFi protocols, and blockchain security best practices.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills:
  • Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals (distributed ledger, consensus mechanisms, cryptography)
  • Basic knowledge of Solidity or any smart contract language
  • Familiarity with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and Web3.js / Ethers.js
  • Understanding of JSON-RPC and API integration
  • Basic programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or Go
• Soft Skills:
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Curiosity to explore decentralized technologies
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying contracts on testnets (Ropsten, Goerli, Sepolia)
• Knowledge of NFTs, DeFi protocols, or DAOs
• Exposure to blockchain security principles and audit tools
• Participation in hackathons or Web3 open-source projects
• Familiarity with IPFS, Layer 2 solutions, or cross-chain bridges
