Key Responsibilities

• Collect, preprocess, and prepare datasets for training ML models.
• Implement machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning).
• Fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Assist in developing end-to-end ML pipelines and integrating models into applications.
• Perform error analysis and improve model performance iteratively.
• Document experiments, results, and model performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest research papers, frameworks, and trends in AI/ML.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Hands-on experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras)
  • Understanding of basic ML concepts: regression, classification, clustering, etc.
  • Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks and data preprocessing techniques
  • Knowledge of linear algebra, probability, and statistics for ML fundamentals
• Soft Skills:
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity to experiment
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Team collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
• Familiarity with cloud ML services (AWS Sagemaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML)
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and containerization (Docker)
• Participation in ML hackathons, research papers, or Kaggle competitions
