Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
• Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Assist in generating reports and sharing insights with stakeholders
• Work with teams to define metrics and measure key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Document processes, findings, and recommendations clearly
• Learn and apply data best practices and improve workflows

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Basic understanding of SQL (select, filter, join operations)
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset and curiosity to dig into data
• Good communication skills to explain findings clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Familiarity with Python / R for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
• Knowledge of basic statistics (mean, median, variance, correlation)
• Understanding of business metrics (sales, revenue, churn, etc.)
