Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing AI-based solutions for real business problems.
• Experiment with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models depending on project needs.
• Preprocess and annotate datasets for AI training pipelines.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI modules into production systems.
• Document findings, experiments, and results for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Research emerging AI trends, frameworks, and tools to propose innovative ideas.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, and Scikit-learn
  • Knowledge of at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Understanding of AI concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks
  • Basic exposure to NLP or computer vision techniques
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control
• Soft Skills:
  • Creativity and curiosity to explore AI innovations
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong logical reasoning
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, or generative AI tools
• Exposure to reinforcement learning or AI ethics & fairness principles
• Familiarity with deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Contributions to AI projects, research papers, or open-source initiatives
