Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via email, chat, or calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic software, hardware, and network issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the development or operations team when needed.
- Document common problems, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
- Assist in onboarding new users and providing product demos or walkthroughs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor support tickets and follow up with users to ensure satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting software and network issues.
- Understanding of ticketing/support systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira).
- Awareness of basic networking and system configurations.
- Ability to learn product features quickly and guide users effectively.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to scripting (Bash, PowerShell) or basic automation.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) at a basic level.
- Prior internship or experience in a helpdesk or support role.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Understanding of SLA (Service Level Agreement) management.
