Do you enjoy solving technical problems and helping others succeed? Join us as a Technical Support Intern and become the first line of assistance for users facing technical issues. You will work with our support team to troubleshoot problems, document solutions, and ensure a smooth user experience. This internship is perfect for individuals who love problem-solving, communication, and learning how software products work behind the scenes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via email, chat, or calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the development or operations team when needed.
  • Document common problems, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
  • Assist in onboarding new users and providing product demos or walkthroughs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor support tickets and follow up with users to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac).
    • Familiarity with troubleshooting software and network issues.
    • Understanding of ticketing/support systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira).
    • Awareness of basic networking and system configurations.
    • Ability to learn product features quickly and guide users effectively.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
    • Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently.
    • Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to scripting (Bash, PowerShell) or basic automation.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) at a basic level.
  • Prior internship or experience in a helpdesk or support role.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
  • Understanding of SLA (Service Level Agreement) management.
