As a technical leader, you will own critical modules, mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and take accountability for solution quality and delivery. This is a high-impact, strategic role that will shape our technology roadmap and drive innovation across products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design:

  • Define end-to-end solution architecture, system design, and technology stack choices.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient.
  • Create and maintain architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into architecture blueprints.

Technical Leadership & Delivery:

  • Lead development of critical modules, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Review code, perform design reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Own integration points between systems, APIs, and third-party services.
  • Drive proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new technologies or solution approaches.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

  • Work closely with engineering managers, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and module owners.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Governance & Best Practices:

  • Establish and maintain technical standards, patterns, and reference architectures.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance benchmarks.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in software design patterns, system architecture, and microservices.
  • Deep knowledge of at least one tech stack:
    • Backend: Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, Python/Django/FastAPI
    • Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue
    • Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP services for compute, storage, networking
  • Experience with API design, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching strategies, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices – CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.

Experience Range:

6–12+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2–4+ years in solution design or technical leadership roles.
Final designation (Solution Architect / Module Lead) will depend on experience, technical depth, and leadership ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect).
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Familiarity with serverless architecture and modern integration patterns.
  • Exposure to performance tuning, scaling large systems, and cost optimization.
  • Prior experience in leading distributed teams or managing multiple modules simultaneously.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to make trade-off decisions balancing business goals and technical constraints.
  • Mentorship mindset to help team members grow technically.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and future-proofing systems.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Flexible work model (onsite / hybrid / remote based on project needs).
  • Health insurance and wellness programs.
  • Opportunities to lead key product initiatives and influence technical roadmap.
  • Learning budget for certifications, conferences, and advanced training.
  • Fast-track career path toward Principal Architect / Head of Engineering roles.

Location:
