Job Summary:
We are looking for talented Security Engineers / Penetration Testers at all levels (Junior, Mid-Level, Senior) to strengthen our cybersecurity posture and protect our digital assets. In this role, you will work on vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, threat modeling, and security automation, ensuring our applications, infrastructure, and networks are secure.

Key Responsibilities:
Common Responsibilities (All Levels):
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on applications, networks, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Identify, analyze, and document security weaknesses and recommend remediations.
- Collaborate with developers and system administrators to fix vulnerabilities and implement security controls.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, incidents, and potential threats.
- Contribute to security automation efforts for scanning, testing, and reporting.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest threats, attack vectors, and security tools.
Additional Responsibilities (Mid-Level):
- Lead targeted penetration tests and red-team exercises for critical systems.
- Design and implement secure coding standards and best practices in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Conduct security awareness training for internal teams.
- Develop and maintain internal security playbooks and documentation.
Additional Responsibilities (Senior):
- Define security strategy and roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
- Architect and implement security frameworks, policies, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for complex security incidents.
- Mentor junior security engineers and build a culture of security-first thinking across teams.
- Evaluate and introduce new security tools, methodologies, and technologies.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of network security, web application security, and common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10).
- Experience with penetration testing tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Nessus, OpenVAS.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows systems and basic scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of cloud security fundamentals (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency with Git and documentation of findings.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience Range:
1–8 years of experience in security engineering, penetration testing, or related cybersecurity roles.
Final designation (Junior / Mid-Level / Senior) will be based on experience, technical depth, and interview performance.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, eJPT, CISSP, GPEN, GWAPT.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, ELK, QRadar) and threat intelligence platforms.
- Exposure to cloud security auditing and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with reverse engineering or malware analysis (for senior roles).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and investigative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain vulnerabilities and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities (for mid-level and senior roles).
