Job Summary
As a Frontend Developer, you will design, build, and optimize web applications that delight users and perform at scale. You will work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to transform concepts into visually stunning and highly interactive products.

Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Build responsive, performant, and user-friendly web applications.
- Develop features using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to bring mockups and wireframes to life.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using best practices.
- Integrate frontend with backend APIs and handle state management effectively.
- Debug and resolve cross-browser and cross-device issues.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Additional Responsibilities (Mid-Level)
- Take ownership of modules or features from design to deployment.
- Optimize application performance (lazy loading, bundle splitting, caching).
- Write unit tests (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) to ensure robust code quality.
- Suggest UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience.
Additional Responsibilities (Senior)
- Contribute to frontend architecture and technology decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers via pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Drive adoption of best practices for scalability, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product owners and backend teams to design end-to-end solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate new libraries, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js and state management (Redux, Context API, Vuex, NgRx).
- Good understanding of REST API integration and async workflows (Promises, async/await).
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, RTL, Mocha).
- Ability to debug and profile performance issues in frontend applications.
Experience Range
- Junior: 1–2 years of professional experience (or strong projects/internships)
- Mid-Level: 3–5 years of frontend development experience
- Senior: 5–8 years of experience with architecture, mentoring, and leading frontend initiatives
Final designation and compensation will be based on experience and interview performance.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with TypeScript for scalable applications.
- Knowledge of Next.js / Nuxt.js / Angular Universal for SSR (server-side rendering).
- Familiarity with design systems (Material UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Exposure to WebSockets, GraphQL, or real-time data rendering.
- Understanding of Dockerized local environments for frontend development.
Soft Skills
- Creativity and a keen eye for design details.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with designers and backend teams.
- (Senior) Willingness to mentor and lead small feature teams.
