Key Responsibilities

• Work with the founding team on day-to-day business operations and problem-solving.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Assist in brainstorming, validating, and executing new business ideas.
• Support marketing, sales, and product teams in ongoing campaigns and projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal strategy discussions.
• Help track business performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Learn and contribute to fundraising, partnerships, and networking efforts.

Required Skills

• Technical/Business Skills:
  • Basic understanding of business models, startup ecosystems, and entrepreneurship concepts.
  • Research, data analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace.
• Soft Skills:
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Previous internship, project, or participation in startup/innovation programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean startup methodology, BMC (Business Model Canvas), or design thinking is advantageous.
