Job Summary
Are you excited about finding the right people for the right roles? As a Recruitment Intern, you will learn the complete talent acquisition process — from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and helping close hiring positions. This role is perfect for students passionate about recruitment, talent acquisition, and building strong professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Required Skills
- Technical/Business Skills:
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of basic Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
- MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for maintaining recruitment data.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring teams.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Prior experience in campus hiring drives or recruitment-related projects (plus).
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
