Job Summary

Are you passionate about people and workplace culture? As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship is ideal for students looking to build a career in HR, talent acquisition, or people management. You will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and help create a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Assist with performance management processes and feedback collection.
  • Support HR team in drafting policies, letters, and documentation.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and suggest process improvements.

Required Skills

  • Technical/Business Skills:
    • Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle).
    • Familiarity with HRMS/ATS software (Zoho People, Freshteam, or similar).
    • MS Office/Google Workspace skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Empathy, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Prior internship or campus experience in recruitment or HR-related activities (plus).
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, or payroll basics is a bonus.
