Job Summary
Are you interested in overseeing multiple projects and aligning them with a company’s big-picture goals? Key Responsibilities
- Assist program managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects.
- Support the creation of program roadmaps, milestones, and timelines.
- Monitor overall program progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed.
- Help in preparing program status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations) to align project goals.
- Participate in program review meetings, document discussions, and track action items.
- Research best practices for program management and process optimization.
Required Skills
- Technical/Business Skills:
- Familiarity with program and project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project).
- Understanding of program management principles and governance models.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare structured reports.
- Good knowledge of productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear and effective communication (written and verbal).
- Stakeholder management and collaboration ability.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Agile or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
- Prior experience with project or program coordination (internships or college projects).
- Certification in project/program management fundamentals (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Participation in hackathons, leadership roles, or event coordination activities.
